Supporting parents in the workforce is essential for fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace. This session provides practical guidance on navigating parental and maternity leave, finding reliable childcare, and adjusting to life as a parent while balancing work commitments. Participants will gain insights into available resources, family-friendly policies, and strategies for creating a supportive workplace culture.

The presentation concludes with a panel of HR experts and experienced parents answering questions and sharing valuable perspectives. Whether you're a parent, a manager, or an advocate for work-life balance, this session equips you with tools to support parents at every stage of their journey. By accommodating and supporting employees through significant life events like pregnancy and adoption, the University promotes a supportive culture while contributing to employee well-being and long-term institutional health.
