Facilitate an employee-led session
Applications for proposals will open up in fall 2025 and will align with next year's conference theme (TBD). Submit your proposal to:
- Share your knowledge and passion about a topical area with and for staff
- Gain additional experience with public speaking
- Connect with other workshop/session facilitators
- Receive guidance on your topic and delivery from an OHD learning and development specialist
- Have a positive impact on the professional development of other Waterloo staff
Volunteer
Volunteer applications will open in fall 2025. Join our volunteer team to:
- Connect with and expand your network of Waterloo staff
- Grow your interpersonal and conflict resolution skills in an event setting
- Learn about the behind-the-scenes to planning a large two-day conference for 1400+ attendees
- Receive guidance and training to prepare for a variety of roles from the OHD team
- Have a positive impact on the professional development experience of other Waterloo staff
