Session Description
Strategic plans provide purpose and direction to accomplish your personal and working goals - they are designed to create clarity from uncertainty. Think of it as a road map to navigate between where you are now (your starting point) and where you want to go (your destination). In this presentation, you will learn about the building blocks that go into creating a strategic plan. You will also gain hands-on experience navigating these tools by using provided templates to map out your plans to reach your desired goals. Knowing where to start can be the hardest part of a plan so you will also learn about possible hurdles or blocks to overcome to get you on your way.
