Please note: This form is for the purposes of requesting a PAL if you’re a current Waterloo student who is outside of Canada and applying for a new study permit to return to Canada. If you are a new student requiring a PAL, please see here for details on how to request your PAL. Master’s and PhD students do not require a PAL.
Your PAL request will be assessed by our experienced and dedicated team of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), who are licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). All information and documentation provided to us may be seen by any of our immigration consultants, but will not be shared with any third party, on or off campus, without your permission unless required by law.
After submitting a request for a PAL, you will be contacted by an immigration consultant to assess your need for a PAL and to discuss your return to Canada.
