The information you provide will help us better understand your interests and needs and may also guide future programming and opportunities offered through the Sandbox.
To ensure your request can be approved in time, please submit this form at least 5 business days before your intended booking date. Requests submitted closer to the required date, including those made over weekends for weekday bookings, may not be guaranteed approval or access, as scheduling and resource availability are limited.
Requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that ASUs affiliated with the Sandbox (e.g., Libraries) are exceptions to this policy and receive booking priority.
