This form helps the EdTech Sandbox team review and process your request for access to the EdTech Sandbox Space and its technologies. The information you provide will help us better understand your interests and needs and may also guide future programming and opportunities offered through the Sandbox.
To ensure your request can be approved in time, please submit this form at least 5 business days before your intended booking date. Requests submitted closer to the required date, including those made over weekends for weekday bookings, may not be guaranteed approval or access, as scheduling and resource availability are limited.
Requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that ASUs affiliated with the Sandbox (e.g., Libraries) are exceptions to this policy and receive booking priority.
Please note that the University of Waterloo is closed from 24 December 2025 - 4 January 2026, and we will not be reviewing booking requests during this time. We will respond to requests on a first come, first serve basis upon our return on 5 January 2026. Thank you for your understanding and have a wonderful Winter Break.
