Erya Xu

Erya (she/her) is one of the Undergraduate Research Coordinator co-op students who are helping to support the many projects at the Teaching Innovation Incubator. She is in her 3rd year of Honours Psychology with a research Intensive specialization, and has worked as an RA in many areas, such as research labs and hospitals.

As a psychology major, she is interested in how children and adolescents learn and the application of this knowledge to the way course material is taught. She is an advocate for constant improvement in teaching and learning methods and is excited to bring her experience in research to help develop initiatives that are evidence-based and student-focused.
