Lydia’s research interests lie within the development of nutrition science and food safety regulations within Canada during the twentieth century. Her Major Research Project (MRP) focuses on the development of milk pasteurization policies in British Columbia and the subsequent rise of resistance and raw milk advocacy amongst select farmers and consumers during the late twentieth century.
