Building on previous successful conferences at University of Regina in 2024 and University of Manitoba in 2022, The Turtle Island Indigenous Science Conference is a gathering that celebrates the richness of Indigenous knowledge systems and their intersections with science.
Over three days, Indigenous knowledge keepers, scientists, educators, and community leaders will come together to share insights, foster collaboration, and highlight the importance of Indigenous Innovation through four key streams: Indigenous Futures, Knowledge Sovereignty and Research Ethics, Land, Water, and Climate, and Traditional Knowledge Revitalization.
This conference is more than an academic event: it is a space for dialogue, respect, and innovation. By sponsoring, your organization will help amplify Indigenous voices, support reconciliation through science and education, and build meaningful connections across Turtle Island and beyond.
