Learning objectives

  • Discover how GenAI can enhance productivity by enabling internal auditors to accomplish tasks more efficiently and effectively.
  • Distinguish between traditional machine learning's analytics-driven approach and Generative AI's capability to deliver actionable outputs tailored to specific needs.
  • Assess the risks/mitigations associated with using Generative AI, including ‘human in the loop’, SOC2 certifications, etc.
  • Explore opportunities for leveraging and applying GenAI in audit activities, including how to effectively structure prompts.

Advance Preparation

You will be able to download some data and software to help you participate in the demonstration of the tasks listed above. hands-on exercises. Of course, if you prefer to simply watch the demos, you can do that too.

Before the workshop, attendees will complete a brief questionnaire to identify workplace challenges where Generative AI could add value.

Session materials will be made available to registrants in advance.

You will need to subscribe to ChatGPT to fully participate in the hands-on aspects of the workshop. We will also be demonstrating Claude, for which the free version should be suitable.
