Breaking down water contaminants using nanotechnology

Dr. Frank Gu, former Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering is featured in the latest issue of the Ontario Water Consortium “From Lab Bench to Marketplace” series. Dr. Gu's nanotechnology research group developed a nano catalyst activated by sunlight to break down a variety of water contaminants, which led to the launch of the successful startup H2nanO.
