was
awarded
a
$140,000-two-year
contract
by
the
Ontario
Ministry
of
Transportation
(MTO)
to
develop
improved
means
of
determining
the
hydrologic
characteristics
of
a
site.
In December 2013, the MTO released his interpolation of the Intensity-Duration-Frequency (IDF) curves for across Ontario, which are used to support all highway design and construction projects within the province.
