Two top water universities in China visited the Waterloo campus this week to discuss potential academic and research partnerships with the University of Waterloo and the Water Institute.
Building on strong existing ties with UWaterloo and initial Water Institute meetings in China in 2015, the groups continued discussions on common areas of research interest. Emphasis was placed on interdisciplinary opportunities, where the fields of water science, engineering, economics and governance could play a combined role.
