We offer urgent eye care by appointment at 519-888-4623 and an after-hours "on-call" service at519-888-4567 ext. 40600.

To meet the urgent care gaps in our community, the Clinic is triaging and offering tele-optometric or in-person care as needed.

Who should I call if I have an eye care concern?

Please call your optometrist first. If necessary, they will refer you to our Optometry Clinic or St. Mary's Hospital for further care.

If you don't have an optometrist, or they are not able to provide care, you can call the Urgent Care Clinic at 519-888-4623, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Who should I call if your clinic is closed?

If the clinic is closed, patients can call the dedicated after-hours line at 519-888-4567 ext. 40600 to reach the on-call optometrist during the following times:

  • Evening (Monday to Friday) "on-call" service begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m.
  • Sunday "on-call" service begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m.

If you need care outside of our after-hours window, please call St. Mary's Hospital at 519-744-3311.
