Biography
Dr. Jonathan Niavis completed his Bachelor of Science and his Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo, graduating in 2019. He also completed a residency in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy Rehabilitation in 2020 which split his time between the School Of Optometry & Vision Science and a private vision therapy clinic in Toronto. Dr. Niavis worked as a clinical supervisor in Waterloo's Binocular Vision and Brain Injury clinics, seeing patients of all ages and orchestrating vision therapy at the clinic, until 2026 when he took on the role of Assistant Clinical Professor, Teaching Stream, Binocular Vision/Vision Therapy.
