Attending in-person?
Free parking is available in lots N and X
Event check-in will take place from 8:30am to 9:15am in Mathematics 3 (M3).
A welcome presentation, mock lecture and campus partner panel will follow from 9:30am to 11:45am.
From 11:45am to 2:30pm, you will have the opportunity to participate in drop-in programming including attending a faculty meet and greet (12-1 p.m.), going on a campus housing tour, connecting with campus services, and starting to complete important tasks, like picking up your WatCard.
Attending virtually?
The welcome presentation will be live streamed from 9:30am to 11:45am on MS Live Events. The link will be available on your Portal registration. All students registered will be sent a link to access the live- streamed presentation the day before the event.
