Thursday, January 1, 2015 Scott successfully defended his PhD thesis titled Hydrology of a Constructed Fen Watershed in a Post-mined Landscape in the Athabasca Oil Sands Region, Alberta, Canada (PDF) this December to a packed audience. He has now started his Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) Post-Doctoral Fellowship with Sean Careys Watershed Hydrology research group at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
