Join Women in Engineering (WiE) to kick-off the semester with free food, games, swag and a fun photobooth! We are inviting all Waterloo Engineering current students, faculty and staff to attend this event.
Join The WiE Graduate Student Committee at the Waterloo Warriors Rock Climbing Wall located in the PAC on campus on Tuesday, July 12th from 4:00 PM-5:30 PM. No previous experience is needed to join this event. You will be supplied with equipment and instruction on how to safely use the walls. Join the University of Waterloo Women in Engineering team in recognizing and celebrating the great achievements of Valerie Davidson (http://www.valdavidson.ca/) as she receives her honorary doctorate from the University of Waterloo on June 18th.
Mentors and Mentees are invited to join us for a light dinner at the University of Waterloo followed by a fun craft activity. Let's cap off this year's successful program with one final celebration!

In this workshop we will cover tips for virtual job fairs, including how to prepare, what to do during the event and how to follow up with employers after the event. We will discuss how to update your LinkedIn profile to be more enticing to prospective employers and how to create your personal brand, from your social media presence to your elevator pitch. There will also be time to answer any questions you have about job fairs, networking, and LinkedIn
