This year’s event theme is “Careers and Community Involvement,” exploring how to build a meaningful career through getting involved, advocating for yourself and others, and creating impact as a woman in industry. You’ll hear from alumni and founders working in research, health care, technology, and sustainability, all while enjoying an empowering evening, with a free dinner for those who register.

Join us for an inspiring evening with leaders from Apple’s Hardware Technologies (HWT) team. Hear from Sheela Shreedharan, Director of Engineering, and Yildiz Sinangil, Senior Manager, as they share their career journeys, insights into the world of hardware at Apple, and practical advice for students.
A panel discussion and Q&A with Apple engineers will follow, giving you the chance to ask questions and learn from diverse perspectives. The event will wrap up with open networking, where you can connect directly with Apple professionals and fellow students.

After the presentations, there will be an open Q&A, and time for networking, perfect for anyone curious about career paths in nuclear science and technology!

Join us for the Women in Engineering Fall Kick-Off Event with Bloomberg!

Come for free food, fun games, and the chance to network with amazing women in your field. Representatives from Bloomberg will also be on site to chat about co-op! It's the perfect way to start the semester and connect with fellow students and industry in the engineering community.
