Code Squad Camp

Code Squad Camp is a highlight event for grade 10 girls. This one week, overnight program creates a close-knit community of like-minded individuals working together to expand their knowledge of computer science and software development while preparing for a future career in any field. Catalyst Grade 11 Girls Conference

The conference is an exciting opportunity for grade 11 girls to participate in hands-on workshops, explore the University of Waterloo, meet engineering students, compete in a design competition, and experience life in residence! 

This year's conference will be held April 27th to April 29th. Spots are limited to 50 female students. There are still a few spots available so apply as soon as possible!

WE Go.DEsign

WE Go.DEsign is a two day Engineering Design and Research Competition for women currently enrolled in grades 10 and 11 presented by the Goethe-Institut. The Grand Prize will be a language, engineering and culture trip to Germany during Summer 2017! There are two elements to the competition, a Research Symposium and a Design Challenge.

Women in Engineering (WiE) welcomes all students, staff and faculty to Waterloo Engineering on Friday, September 7th, 2018. All are welcome!

The BBQ will start at 11 am and will go until around 1 pm. You can pop in whenever you get a bit of time! This is a casual event so people will be coming in and out :)

Please join us for free food, fun activities, plus meet and mingle with your peers and current faculty, graduate and undergraduate students!

Girls Club (Coding&Technology)

Girls Club engages participants through activities designed to dispel stereotypes about engineers and scientists and inspire girls to pursue these studies in high school and post-secondary education.
