Capstone Team 22 members surrounded by their classmates at the Grad Toast
Congratulations to our graduating class of 2023! Their perseverance, dedication and hard work were celebrated at a Grad Toast held in their honour in the Student Design Center.
The event was held on March 27th immediately after their Capstone Design Project Symposium. The momentum of the day carried through to the joyous celebration. The graduating class was treated to heaping charcuterie boards and delicious desserts.
The excitement was palpable as the Capstone 2023 winners were announced by Department Chair, Professor Mario Ioannidis. Industry partners were also on hand for the festivities, snapping photos with the students under their supervision.
Dean of Engineering, Mary Wells was on hand to deliver an inspiring Grad Toast, encouraging the graduating class to push boundaries and be fluid in shaping their careers.

Champagne corks popped and confetti flew! Glasses were raised to congratulate the class on the momentous achievement of earning a degree in Chemical Engineering!
