Council Policy
In order for arts societies to receive their funding at the end of the term, they must fulfill their society allotment requirements. This includes at least one representative from the society attending the majority of the meetings. A society must attend a minimum of four council meetings to receive their funding. Our Logo
In an effort to increase unity and collaboration between societies and ASU, the ASU Logo must be used on all event posters, official documents, and marketing materials.

Subsociety Constitutions
Subsocieties operate under their own individual constitutions, unless a specific procedure is not outlined. If this is the case, they must operate based on the ASU constitution. For example, if there are no procedures for holding an election, they can use the ASU election procedure instead.
