We are conducting a study to investigate older adults’ needs and preferences for using remote peer support to maintain brain-healthy lifestyle habits with an emphasis on gender differences. We are hoping to recruit older adults (60+ years) to share insights on their needs and preferences for using remote peer support to maintain brain-healthy lifestyle habits.
We are looking for participants to participate in a 10-15 minute survey and/or a approximately 90-minute focus group to share their perspectives on:
- Lifestyle habits you associate with brain health
- Your current level of engagement in these habits
- Your perspectives on the use of peer support and technology to maintain brain-healthy lifestyle habits
- Your perspectives and experiences engaging in brain healthy lifestyle habits related to your gender
Participants who complete the survey will be may be entered to win 1 of 10 $25 electronic gift cards one of Shopper's Drug Mart, Chapters, or Amazon for participation.

The focus groups will be held on Zoom video conferencing, and is expected to last 90-minutes (no more than two hours). Focus group participants will be offered a $15 electronic gift card to one of Shopper's Drug Mart, Chapters, or Amazon as a thank-you for your participation.
