Prof. Xuemin (Sherman) Shen, Weihua Zhuang, and our BBCR members attended the IEEE International Conference on Communications 2025 (IEEE ICC, one of two flagship conferences of the IEEE ComSoc), held from June 8 to 12, 2025, in Montreal, Canada. On June 10, Prof. Zhuang delivered a keynote speech titled "Intelligent Network Management for 6G".

According to Research.com, Prof. Xuemin (Sherman) Shen is ranked #18 globally and #1 in Canada in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and #36 globally and #3 in Canada in Computer Science, highlighting his outstanding contributions to these fields. In recognition of his sustained leadership and transformative impact, Prof. Shen has also received the 2025 Leader Award in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Canada.  Congratulations to Prof. Shen on these distinguished honors and remarkable achievements.
