You are Professor Hartsfield. One of your students, Samuel, has handed in his essay and you have graded it. You find the performance on it is far superior to anything Samuel has produced in class thus far. You talk to some colleagues who have suggested that they believe that Samuel hires people to do assignments and essays. You call Samuel into your office and ask him about the essay and he is prepared to take full credit for it. You ask him if he had any help with it and he says no, he did the essay himself. You are very dubious about this.
What should you do?
