Join us for a public lecture by Mohammad Ali Shomali, PhD, the founding director of the International Institute for Islamic Studies in Qum, Iran, and the Director of Islamic Centre of England. In his philosophical presentation, Imam Shomali will address the unity of God and how in Islam, tawhid (unity of God) shapes and forms every aspect of Islamic thought. After surveying several Islamic thinkers’ work on the concept of unity of God, he will try to explain how belief in unity of God should lead to unity in God.
