Chem Stores at the University of Waterloo is a campus service within the Department of Chemistry that supplies a wide range of laboratory materials to support research and teaching labs. Located within the Earth Sciences and Chemistry building we provide chemicals, solvent refills, glassware, hardware, specialty items, and other support services. Access to store products and services is limited to university-affiliated users.

Note Environmental Waste Facilities (ESF) is a part of the Safety Office, we have resources and contact information included on our site as a helpful reference.
We have a small team that supports all areas of Chem Stores operations. Our Sales and Inventory Coordinator is often the first face you will see and point of contact via the front counter or email. We employ a coop student each term you may meet at the front counter as well. Our Laboratory Supply & Solvent Specialist handles store ordering and billing. While our department Financial Officer helps with finance specific issues.
