Undergraduate Research Assistant
Herleen is an Honours Arts student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on identifying policy instruments for local flood resilience, assessing their implementation in Canadian communities, and highlighting policies that are both effective in reducing flood risk and equitable for vulnerable populations. She is the recipient of the University of Waterloo's President's Scholarship for 2020/2021.
