Research Associate
Leah is an MES candidate in Sustainability Management at the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development. Leah is the recipient of the Canadian Graduate Scholarship – Master’s Award and the University of Waterloo President's Graduate Scholarship for 2020/2021. Her research focuses on flood risk management and the development of policy for managed retreat programs in Canada.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Guelph and has over eight years of experience managing the assessment, remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties within Canada and in the United States.
