Governance

The structure of the Computer Science Graduate Student Association (CS GSA) is constituted by the CS GSA members, Board, and Officers.

Constitution

  • Founding document 
  • Outlines the purpose and objectives of the organization
  • Defines the governing structure

Board

  • The main policy-making and oversight body of the CS GSA
  • Consists of the CS GSA Executive officers and other representatives
  • Normally meets monthly

Officers

  • Lead the organization and are responsible for the management and operations of the affairs of the organization
  • All authority and accountability of staff is the responsibility of the CS GSA President

Members

  • 400+ graduate students at the School of Computer Science

  • Participate at the events, vote at members meetings and referenda, elect CS GSA officers
