The structure of the Computer Science Graduate Student Association (CS GSA) is constituted by the CS GSA members, Board, and Officers.

- The main policy-making and oversight body of the CS GSA
- Consists of the CS GSA Executive officers and other representatives
- Normally meets monthly
Officers
- Lead the organization and are responsible for the management and operations of the affairs of the organization
- All authority and accountability of staff is the responsibility of the CS GSA President
