Involvement outside the classroom: I am a part of "Computer Science Club", "Financial Analysis and Risk Management Association" and I am looking to be more involved in the extra-curricular activities this year.
Favourite place to study: QNC basement or my own room.
Favourite place to eat in Waterloo: Kinkaku Izakaya - a fantastic sushi place!
Memorable co-op experience: My most recent co-op work term was as a Software Developer in Trapeze Group. I was responsible for various back-end projects using very different tools like NodeJS and C#. In my opinion this was a fantastic experience to work with very talented people in the field and I learned a lot during this co-op. This position gave me a better understanding of the world of software development.
Plans for life after CFM: Currently, I am unsure what exactly I want to do for a career. This is one of many reasons I picked CFM as a program, because CFM allows me to try different things in both fields and hopefully give me a taste of FinTech.
