Submit a project request in Function Point. This keeps files, feedback, timelines, and updates in one place so the work stays on track.

If you are figuring out the best approach

Reach out to your project co-ordinator first. We will help you clarify the goal, confirm the right approach, and then guide you into Function Point when you are ready.

Step 2: Answer a few quick questions

These help us scope the work, confirm timelines, and reduce revisions later.

  • Who is your target audience?
  • What action do you want them to take?
  • What does success look like and how will you measure it?
  • What is the strategy behind the content?
  • How does this fit into your broader marketing and communications plan?

Step 3: Include what we need to get started

To keep projects moving, please include:

  • Creative brief with the goal and how the piece will be used
  • Distribution plan
  • Final, approved copy and images
  • Delivery date and key milestone dates
  • Budget for any external vendors, if needed
  • Attach final copy and photos as a zipped folder. For large files, use SendIT.
