HeForShe Gender Equity Research Grant awarded to Dr. Bergsieker and Emily Cyr

The UW Gender Equity Research Grants support research that investigates and addresses gender equity, and in particular projects that demonstrate relevance to Waterloo or that advance Waterloo's three IMPACT 10x10x10 commitments (i.e., boosting girls’ participation in STEM  experiences to build future female leaders, enhancing  female faculty representation to drive toward parity in the future, and advancing women into positions that  lead the university).

Congratulations Dr. Bergsieker and Emily Cyr on receiving a HeForShe Gender Equity Research Grant! This award will go toward funding their research on gender equity in STEM and at home.
