The Neebing Indigenous Art Fair

August 6-21, Bingeman's is proud to host the Neebing Indigenous Art Fair. The exhibition will feature a collection of Indigenous art celebrating the Grand River. Featured artists include Thomas Sinclair, Autumn Smith, Luke Swinson, Alanah Jewell Morningstar, Blake Aneconeb and Chief Lady Bird.

Consent Week

Being held biannually, Consent Week takes place during the third week of September and fourth week of January. Providing an opportunity for campus community members to destigmatize and normalize the discussion about consent through activities, events and conversations centered around consent to build a #ConsentCulture all year. 

Consent week sows the seeds of lifelong principles and enables the nuanced understanding of consent, equipping the community with the tools they need to have respectful and healthy relationships with others and themselves.

Join the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism for a social gathering on November 27 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm in EC5! Members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and allies are invited to connect with our office, meet new people, and engage in meaningful conversations that foster support, understanding, and solidarity. This event is a great opportunity to strengthen our community bonds in a welcoming and safe space. Light refreshments and snacks will be available.
