This is a profile of English Language Institute GEAR student, Takumi, and the original origami moose he created and graciously donated to Renison.
This Spring, Renison hosted the eSTEM (English, Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) program to more than 130 high school students.
As COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be distributed throughout Canada into the coming summer, Renison University College wants to ensure that that all students can continue to fairly access English language education. Despite a global pandemic, our student leaders have continued to find ways to stay active and build their English language skills through a dynamic new weekly video blog (vlog) show.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Renison community and our ability to provide our programs in the traditional face-to-face format. Throughout this experience, the safety and wellbeing of our students, instructors, and staff will always remain our most important priority.
