CCDI Webinar: Respectful ways to celebrate Inclusive Holidays
This Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) webinar will provide ideas for creating workplaces that celebrate inclusive holidays in respectful ways.
Between December 15 and January 30, 2026, there may be significant delays in our response to disclosures submitted through the Advocate system.
During this period, individuals may experience a wait of up to 10-15 business days before a member of our team is able to reach out to schedule an initial consultation. If you need immediate or ongoing mental health support, we encourage you to connect with Campus Employee Health and Counselling Services or other available support resources.
Please know that every disclosure matters to us, and our team will be in touch as soon as we are able.

To our Waterloo Community,
We acknowledge and accept responsibility for our silence on the issues of anti-black racism and hatred on our campuses. HREI wanted to ensure our statement came with tangible, coordinated actions, but we regret that we were not more responsive and thank our campus community for their continued honesty and for holding us accountable. We commit to doing better.
