(1917) - The Negro and The Nation - Hubert Harrison

Harrison played a significant role in race movements throughout the United States. This can be seen through his contributions in spaces such as the Socialist Party of America, and as founders of the Liberty League (political organization), and the Voice (newspaper). His contributions led him to publishing many articles in radical newspapers and magazines, which have been compiled in this book, The Negro and The Nation
