(1933) - The Struggle for the Class Position on the Negro Question in the U.S.A - Harry Haywood
Through his political activism, Haywood called Black Americans towards an anti-capitalist movement, and to join forces with the workers and farmers against American imperialism. He aimed to bring about attention to the industrial revolution that had sold the working class, particularly Black Americans, a mirage of a fair reality, instead further ensued their exploitation. His political works of activism were aligned with a clear vision of liberation through mass organization and confronting and countering American Imperialism.
[T]he liberation struggles of the Negro masses are directed against the very foundation of the capitalist-imperialist social structure in the United States.
