Accommodation requests can arise for persons with disabilities, older employees, parents with young children or members of various faith groups.
The Equity Office provides:
- advice and consultation about the duty to accommodate
- learning and development sessions on the duty to accommodate
Equity services also plays a key role in developing guidelines, practices and policy.
