Inclusive Employee Accommodations

We hear you—through the accommodation requests coming in, we can see that navigating and requesting accommodations for creed, sex (e.g., pregnancy, breastfeeding), family status, and more can feel unclear and inconsistent.

Managers are asking: What is my role? What questions can I ask? What must I do? While employees want to know: What should I expect to do and share when seeking an accommodation?

That’s why our office, in partnership with Employee Health and Accommodations, is working on creating a framework and resources that will make the process easier, more transparent, and inclusive.

Our goal is to ensure that all employees feel informed, supported, and confident when requesting or handling accommodations.
