The Faculty of Science Foundation Board of Directors will consider proposals and requests for funding from student groups and organizations associated with activities at the University of Waterloo. The activity sponsored must meet the mandate of the Faculty of Science Foundation.
Requests for funding applications are due:
- February 1
- March 1
- October 1
- November 1
The primary organizer will be contacted if their proposal application has been accepted. The group will be invited to the Board of Directors meeting to present the proposal and must be prepared to answer questions from the Board of Directors.
Please note that groups receiving financial support may be required to provide a report, information, and/or photographs to the Faculty of Science Foundation.
