Global Conflict Management and Transformation Award

About the Award

This award supports and promotes the training of community leaders from areas of conflict around the world in theories and practical methods of conflict management and transformation. Funds will be used to offset costs of education for students from areas of conflict while they are enrolled in PACS courses or Conflict Management Certificate courses at Conrad Grebel University College.  

The award is given to:

  • Students originating from an area of conflict.

  • Students who are giving leadership or have potential to provide leadership in the area of conflict management and transformation in their home community.

  • Students  enrolled in a PACS course (either as undergraduate, graduate or in the Institute of PACS Conflict Management Certificate program).

Letters of interest should be addressed to the Director of the Peace and Conflict Studies at Conrad Grebel University College prior to March 31. 

Amount: One award of approximately $5,000.
