Co-supervised by Professors Krzysztof Czarnecki and Oliver Schneider, Nicole pursued her masters in Computer Science with a research focus on passenger-vehicle interaction in the context of autonomous vehicles. Her work involved studying passenger anxiety and comfort in response to autonomous vehicle driving style and was conducted on the "Autonomoose" in collaboration with the Waterloo Intelligent Systems Laboratory (WISE Lab).
