Rising Nationalism versus Global Cooperation for Sustainable Development
In the era of Brexit, border walls and immigration bans, how does the world come together to achieve Sustainable Development Goals like protecting the environment, eradicating poverty, and providing access to clean water, education and decent work for all? In this provocative talk, Dr. Sachs will explore the dynamic tension between the current rise of nationalism and the pressing social and environmental issues facing the planet today.
