Genius (Bishop) is on the right.
Six members of the court of the God of Love are on the left.

Gestures:
The barons are all sitting together, looking up at Genius. Baron #1 has his legs crossed. The members of the court seem to be listening attentively to the words of Genius.
Genius is standing in a pulpit. His right hand is holding a scroll, while his left hand is holding a candle and pointing to the scroll. The crozier rests over his shoulder.

Objects:
Genius is standing in a pulpit, which is raised over what appears to be a trefoil lancet window silhouette, probably a reference to a church or cathedral. He is holding a crozier, a candle, and a scroll.
