Negotiation Workshop

Workshop for Class of 2015 students - Facilitated by GCA Productive Consulting and Training Ltd's President and Senior Consultant Gerry Call, this workshop focuses on the fundamentals of negotiating in the workplace. 

Workshop objectives include:

  • Understand importance of our behaviour and attitude in negotiations
  • Understand the negotiation process
  • Develop effective negotiating skills
  • Develop a more flexible approach to negotiations 

You will receive a certificate from the MPS program upon completion. 

Bio - Gerry Call, MBA, BC, CHRP

Gerry Call is a speaker, consultant, facilitator and author, with strong capabilities to motivate and entertain audiences. He is noted for his "down to earth" style as well as for his positive and humorous attitude towards his topics. Gerry creates powerful learning environments to help people move from the "okay" to the "extraordinary". 
Gerry uses his various skills to problem solve "people" issues, and help people devise creative and practical solutions. His personal aim is to make a difference in peoples' performance by helping them better understand themselves and others. Through application of simple yet practical concepts and ideas, Gerry motivates people to make changes in the way they do things. His motto is, "People Matter Most." 
Gerry possesses over thirty years academic and practical business experience. His academic credentials include both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration degree. Over the past twenty-five years, he has worked in a wide range of Human Resources and Organizational Development capacities for the government, the private sector, the unemployed and aboriginal groups. He specializes in leadership, motivation, organizational development and team building.
