MPS alumnus Radu Daniel Prelipcean is the 2013 recipient of the Master of Public Service Excellence Award.
The award recognizes the MPS alumnus with the highest overall average in their graduating class. As Dr. Henstra puts it,

Throughout the program, Daniel consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, preparing well in advance, dedicating time to his studies, and producing high-quality work. He is a fine representative of the Master of Public Service program, and I am confident he will have a successful and rewarding public service career.
