Frank
Denton
is
the
CEO
of
the
Resource
Productivity
and
Recovery
Authority,
a
regulatory
body
overseen
by
the
Ontario
Ministry
of
Environment
and
Climate
Change.
He
spent
25
years
working
in
the
Ontario
Public
Service
in
a
variety
of
senior
executive
positions.
He
was
the
assistant
deputy
minister
responsible
for
design
and
delivery
of
a
range
of
regulatory
programs
spanning
consumer
protection,
public
safety,
and
corporate
and
commercial
law.
As
assistant
deputy
minister
in
the
Ministry
of
Finance,
he
led
a
number
of
public
sector
commercial
transactions.
He
is
an
expert
in
crown
governance,
regulatory
policy
and
implementation,
and
a
broad
range
of
public
service
delivery
models,
including
agencies
and
other
arms
length
bodies.
Mr.
Denton
also
practiced
commercial
law
with
the
firm
of
Osler,
Hoskin
and
Harcourt.
