PACS is excited to co-sponsor this year's annual International Humanitarian Law (IHL) conference, featuring a keynote address by Arlene Kanter.

Join us as we explore legal protections that IHL provides for persons with disabilities in situations of armed conflict. The conference will be held over a period of two days ONLINE and will bring together experts from the field of IHL and Disability Rights including academics, practitioners and representatives from the Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement.
