When is this happening? Monday, February 17, 2025, starting at 12:00 am. The maintenance is expected to take 2-24 hours. Search features may see latency for up to 72 hours after the start of the maintenance window.
Why is this happening? The university's Atlassian site data is currently globally distributed. This change will hold the data in place in the specified geographic region, Canada.
What is the impact? During the maintenance window all Atlassian products including Jira Service Management customer portals and email handlers will be unavailable. Project and space administrators will be contacted with further details.
