Windows 10 will reach end of support on October 14, 2025. All units on campus are encouraged to begin planning to ensure Windows computers are upgraded to Windows 11 before October 2025.

On October 1, 2024, we will retire the WatSAFE app and replace it with the Regroup Mobile app. This change is part of a new, integrated Emergency Notification System (ENS) which will be fully implemented by October 1, 2024.
‘Mail Routing Address’ field in WatIAM will no longer permit adding a non-UWaterloo email address (e.g., Gmail) or changing it to be empty.
